Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

Assistant General Manager should have the following:

  • minimum 2 years experience in a full sit down dining establishment. Management / supervisor experience not required but is an asset. We will train the right individual.
  • flexible availability
  • must have a natural leadership approach. A do with you atttude!
  • a positive attitude that can be projected into team members for the ultimate positive team morale and positive/fun workplace culture!

- must be legally able to pour alcohol in the province of BC *note that liquor serving certifications from other provinces are not transferable by the province of BC when in a leadership role - if you don't not have BC Serving it Right you will need to obtain*
