At MeeT, the General Manager is responsible for the success of the house! They pour their heart into the business to ensure that guests receive the best possible experience and that staff are motivated and inspired to be their best selves. The GMs work directly with the Operations Manager and Ownership TeeM to ensure their houses are executing MeeT’s guiding principles. They solve problems, connect with the community, and strive for continuous improvement.
Remain a strong presence on the floor during the restaurant’s busy period
Inspire and develop staff personally and professionally so that they can be the best versions of themselves
Sets and upholds a positive, empowering work environment for ALL employees within the restaurant
Provides regular feedback for all staff, so they’re clear on what they do well
Anticipates staffing needs and recruits staff. Hires with attitude, experience and potential for growth in mind
Maintains a culture of family, TeeMwork, respect and passion so that MeeT can become the best restaurant employer!

Management experience leading a high volume restaurant
